At Mega Discount Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original boxes, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
